To be employed by the school district, the following requirements must be met:

•          Fingerprinting - Click here for more information.

•          Proof of physical with TB test (within 90 days)

•          Hepatitis B series or the declination

The following paperwork must be completed at the district office:

•          Mandated Reporter

•          Employment History Questionnaire

•          Copy of driver’s license

•          Copy of social security card

•          I-9 Eligibility Verification (section 1)

•          W-4 (state and federal)

•          Direct deposit information
